Nuku Hiva 2022
Beautiful diving in the Marquesas Archipelago of French Polynesia
Here is small portfolio of images from this year’s diving trip to Nuku Hiva. Healthy reefs, great fish abundance, and encounters with grey reef sharks scalloped hammerheads, and lots of mantas!
Unfortunately, this year the melonheaded whales were not present because there is a La Nina weather pattern, wherein the water is a bit colder than normal. On the upside, sometimes La Nina brings more sharks so we’re hoping that our summer trip line-up will be especially sharky!
We will return to Nuku Hiva to enjoy its colourful reefs and to snorkel with melonheaded whales in January 2024.
We only take five guests on this ‘off the beaten path’ adventure so please reserve your spot early!
